DSD Europe is a distributor of cloud services and software. With a self-developed cloud platform and a team of sales, marketing and support specialists, we serve MSPs and IT resellers throughout Europe. As a Customer Care Agent at DSD, you will play a crucial role in the relationship management with our customers.
What are you going to do?
In the role of Customer Care Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You maintain relationships with customers and contacts, with the aim of making and keeping them as satisfied as possible. You answer customer questions or switch with the right 2nd line to offer the best support. In addition, after care is an important part of relationship management, to build strong relationships that contribute to the success of our company. In this position, you will work a lot with our technical support and sales team.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- First point of contact for customers
- Active relationship management, maintaining and strengthening customer relationships
- Managing our ticketing system
- After care, aimed at retaining satisfied customers
- Expanding our knowledge base to further improve the quality of service
- Monitor the performance of customer care and identify bottlenecks in a timely manner
- Create and analyze reports to make improvements in customer care
Job Requirements:
- Relevant relationship management experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (Dutch is an advantage)
- Customer-friendliness comes naturally to you
- Ability to maintain an overview and work in a structured way
- Familiar with working in a ticketing system
- Availability of 36-40 hours per week
